In 1982, Rod Reisman joined Eustis Roofing as a ground clean-up laborer — the job, as he’s described it, that nobody else wants. By 1989, the original owner trusted him to take over the company. That transition didn’t happen because of a credential or a pitch. It happened because Rod spent years showing up, learning every level of the trade, and caring about the quality of the work.
That foundation still shapes how we operate. A roof has to hold up against heat, rain, wind, and whatever Florida decides to throw at it next — and the people working on it need to understand what dependable work looks like at every level.

Built From The Ground Up
Rod’s first role was the one most people skip past. That perspective is built into how we approach every project: no task is too minor to affect the finished result, and no concern from a homeowner or business owner gets dismissed. Roofing done right requires attention to what’s happening beneath the surface, not just what’s visible from the street.

Our full-time roofing professionals work across shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofing systems, helping customers work through repairs, replacements, maintenance, storm damage restoration, and energy-efficient upgrades based on what their property actually needs. We’ve grown from six employees and two trucks to more than 200 employees, and that growth makes the original standard more important to hold, not less: hands-on knowledge, quality materials, and accountability to the people counting on us. The goal, stated plainly in our history video, is “saving homeowners in a big way from bad roofers.” That’s still the job.
