Company History
In 1982, Rod Reisman joined Eustis Roofing as a ground clean-up laborer. It was the job nobody else wanted, but it gave him a place to start learning the roofing trade from the bottom up.
Rod’s work ethic carried him from clean-up to installation, crew leadership, and every stage in between. When original owner Joe Driggers was ready to retire, he trusted Rod with the future of the business. Rod took ownership in 1989.
How Rod Found His Way to Eustis Roofing
The path started with a family looking for a better life and a steadier income. A lawn care business got things going, but the search for something more led Rod to a local diner where business owners gathered early in the morning.
That’s where he met Joe Driggers. Joe offered an entry-level role cleaning job sites, and Rod took it. Rather than treating the position as a stepping stone, he learned the work thoroughly, advanced through the crews, and built the hands-on knowledge that would eventually shape his leadership of the company.
Six Employees, Two Trucks, and a New Chapter
When Rod was ready to pass the torch, a new leader within the family stepped in to carry Eustis Roofing forward. On day one, we had six employees and two trucks.
We’ve since grown to more than 200 employees. Through all of it, the mission hasn’t changed: help homeowners avoid bad roofers and protect the properties that matter to them.
