If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I got three estimates and inspections for a large, 2-story roof, and Eustis was by far the most comprehensive and professional. So far I've hired them for some fast repairs, and the work was amazing! Area looks like new! Their methods are great too. They do NOT use 3rd party subcontractors. This was a major point for us. They also have a special way to access and throw out the trash that doesn't use a dumpster smashing up the property. Major thumbs up! When it's time for the full replacement, I'll be using them.

We had our roof done months earlier. Great service. Then we had a problem and they were on spot. Robert Savaria came out and went on the roof to assess and then showed me pictures. Afterwards had the crew managed by Stephen (sorry no last name) come in and evaluate again and he actually fixed the problem! I truly feel if I have a problem I could call back without being condemned. But I’m confident I won’t need to. Honestly we have a weird roof. ❤️

Rob Savaria, Eustis Service/Warranty Manager, is the best. After the initial roof install had some issues (leaks), one being particularly persistent through the bath exhaust fan vent, Rob was always available and respondent. He went well above and beyond what he could have done. For example, he repaired the vent tube above the ceiling that had been damaged at some previous time. He identified and upgraded the roof vent until he was satisfied that the problem was fixed. Omar was the man that did the repair—he also did a great job and went out of his way to help. There are several people at Eustis that treated me like I was their only and best customer after the initial install problems and deserve mention as well: besides Rob and Omar, there is Justin Ritter, Richard, and others who went out of their way to help.

Sharing this for my mom: Had a great experience with Eustis Roofing. We needed a roof repair after some shingles blew off and exposed a sunken spot. The spot on the roof faced the backyard, and we’re redoing our deck, so I was afraid of companies increasing the cost because they’d have to maneuver, or declining until the deck was finished. But they gave me a fair estimate, showed up right on time, and handled the job with real professionalism. The crew worked efficiently, fixed the problem thoroughly, and left everything clean. I’m forever grateful for one of the employees, Imanol. I was working inside the house when I heard my 3 yo grandson crying outside. He’s not allowed in the backyard while the deck is in shambles, but he figured out the child safety lock. He was scared and started crying. I rushed out there to find Imanol comforting my boy, showing him his tools and vest, and gently leading him back home. Highly recommend - reliable, honest, and easy to work with. Plus they’re apparently good at rescuing little kids and freaked out grandmas.

I have only good things to say about Eustis Roofing! We were clearing some debris from the roof and noticed a few squishy spots and called the next business day. They sent out Jeff Foley in just a couple of days, and he did a thorough inspection, including going into the attic to check for leaks. He was incredibly detailed, providing photos and video for me so I understood the issues. Thankfully, there was no sign of water, and he scheduled repair for a couple of small issues to replace some damaged shingles. If you've ever hired a shady contractor, you know how important it is to find people who stand behind their work. You might find a cheaper company, but Eustis Roofing is honest and does great work!

Luis is a great employee!! Honest, knowledgeable, great attitude, and a big smile!!! So nice to see that in a young man!! He could have sold me more than we needed, but didn’t. He addressed a couple of our concerns from our home inspection. Luis said nothing needed done, for first concern we had, on the black airflow vents, they are working fine because our attic temperature is fine. What more can you ask for, other than an honest company and a really personable employee like Luis!! BTW, another company said we needed a new roof, the house is only 7 years old! Wanted to charge us over $20k! Eustis Roofing says I only need a bit over $2k worth of work for our other concern, the lead material in the gray stacks goes bad in time with the Florida heat and starts leaching onto roof shingles and then you have a problem. If you need roof repairs, do yourself right by calling Eustis Roofing (ask if you can get Luis to come out☺️).

Had a roof repair done after damage caused by one of last year's storms. Dealing with all personnel from office to estimator to work crew was seamless. All arrived as promised (which is a big deal these days), were professional and nice people, too. Job boss provided a very thorough explanation of the work that was performed, and the shingles match the existing perfectly. The price was the price. Do I wish it was less? Sure. But don't we all wish everything cost less. If I ended up with water intrusion into my home, the cost would be far worse. I do have one suggestion. I knew I needed a repair and was prompted to call by an advertising piece I received in the mail. That piece promoted a senior discount. After I signed for the job, I made a follow-up call to the office the next day asking about the senior discount that was advertised. I was assured it had been applied. Now, I've been in the service business for a LONG time, and whenever I cut a customer any kind of discount, I was sure to show it on my invoice. Then there is no question as to the amount of the discount and that it had, in fact, been applied. My opinion is if you are going to spend the money to advertise something, it would make sense to make a notation of it on the invoice. Then there is no question as to its application. Just my two cents.
