The Only Roofer That Has Ever Impressed Me
Impressed. 20,000 sq. ft. metal roof on commercial building. The quote was $60,000 below anyone else and 75k below what I was expecting. I was a little suspicious but went with the reviews. I chose them and was able to upgrade to a superior seamless standing seam. What impressed me most was 2 months after completion. I called about a tiny drip. They came out the next day and saw a very tiny tear near the vent. They caulked and promised to return with the metal to cover the entire area to keep it seamless. They came and sent me photos of that. Backing up your warranty and product is what makes a great roofer. I feel comfortable this roof will last 50 years. My expectations of roofers is very low. They always seem to rip me off and provide shoddy work. But having someone give the lowest price and do a wonderful job is rare in this industry. The old roof was 40 years old. They didn't add anything to the costs and no surprises except that they were so honest. Property address is 1333-1353 Pine Ave, Orlando, FL 32824. Look up the permit if you like but don't pass up on the only roofer that has ever impressed me.
