They installed a roof for my grandmother in Eustis and overall the process was very smooth. The entire roof was completed in just one day, and honestly the hardest part of the process was choosing the color. The office staff—especially Gail—were extremely helpful. She provided us with addresses of homes that had the shingle colors we were considering so we could see them on different styles and house colors in person. That ended up completely changing our original choice. She also helped us get sample boards of the shingles so we could hold them up around the house to see how they looked in different lighting. I highly recommend doing this or asking for a few shingles to test against your home before deciding. Our project manager, Juan Torres, oversaw the job from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with and addressed any concerns quickly and without issue. Possible negatives… They will most likely not be the cheapest option, and I do wish they included at least one sheet of plywood in the base price considering the premium compared to some competitors. I also didn’t like during the sales process (we called them out and not a door knock) they have a sign today price, but this was my grandmother’s project and she was certain she wanted the new roof from them specifically because of previous dealings. Finally, if you want peel-and-stick underlayment anywhere other than the valleys or around openings, there is an additional charge (~$1500) unless you choose a metal roof and it comes automatically. Eustis Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing 2 roofs on 2 different properties I own. The sales guy Blake was very well versed on what expectations I would be expecting, and we worked out a reasonable price and schedule to get the work completed. The foreman Chris then took over and made sure of the installation process and kept me up to date on any issues or changes that needed to be made. Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction, and I was impressed with their efficiency to get both projects completed. Then the office staff Jessica was very pleasant to deal with and kept all the permit and billing paperwork in order after completion. They overall did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Getting a roof replaced is a stressful situation. Getting the quote was simple, and I was offered two separate quotes. Shortly after I got the quote, I was contacted to ensure the materials were correct. The materials were delivered. The morning my roof was going to be replaced, project manager Juan Torres called me, letting me know what the work plan was. Juan came out mid day and personally met with me. Juan kept me informed on everything with my roof replacement. Juan came out to go over the final details. After he was done going over everything, he went around my yard again with a magnet, checking for nails. The entire team I came in contact with, including Anthony Farsaci, was pleasant to work with. You have a great team of guys.

Eustis did a fantastic job installing my new roof. Anthony, the salesperson, explained everything and spent a lot of time with me. He found the source of the leak in my old roof in 15 minutes, whereas other companies couldn't find it. Jessi in the office was very responsive. Chris, the project manager, even came back out within 24 hours to fix an issue with my dryer vent. The install crew cleaned everything up nicely. The new roof looks great.

We Have the Best Roof in the Neighborhood Jan 13, 2026

After a long-lost battle with corrupt Citizen’s Insurance, we had to pay out of pocket for a roof. We did a long research of local roofers and decided to hire Eustis Roofing. The first contact was Brittany, who inspected our roof to give us an idea of the extent of the damage. She was very knowledgeable and informative, giving us options. Another gentleman (Nathan) came along to explain the process, permits, options for materials, etc. They were always kind and never pushy (which I greatly appreciate). We agreed on a price and they offered payment options. Day 1 of the demo/install, they arrived early and had our property prepped and protected before we even woke up. Demo can be messy, but we were highly impressed by how quickly they cleaned up and removed all debris and dumpster every night, getting everything ready for the crew next day. They went above and beyond, addressing issues found after the roof was removed, always keeping us updated with pictures and solutions. After the job was completed (before the timeframe they gave us) we did a walk-through. I wanted several things addressed, which they did promptly, never leaving the property until we were 100% satisfied. They cleaned up nicely, and my neighbors kept walking by every day saying they were so impressed by their work. We have the best roof in the neighborhood now; it added much curb appeal and value to our home. I hate working with contractors and I am a demanding client, and I loved working with Eustis. We had Immanol as our project manager; he was a joy to work with. My husband and I joke that if we had our business, we would steal their whole crew; they were all so professional and had impeccable craftsmanship. Thank you, Eustis, for all you did for us; we appreciate you and will recommend to everyone we know! Well done!

He explained everything to me in a way that was understandable and compassionate. I did not feel rushed and was guided through the whole process, from rates to being helped with color options. I cannot recommend this company enough! They were fantastic!
