We noticed water getting into a few storage units after a storm and called Just In Time Roofing. Justin responded quickly, inspected the roof, and found deteriorated flashing and a failed seam that were allowing water intrusion. He explained the issue clearly, completed the repairs promptly, and documented everything with photos. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and most importantly the leak was resolved before it could cause further damage to our tenants' belongings. We'll definitely be using Just In Time Roofing again.

They Stand Behind Their Work
This is an update to my original review in 2022. Just recently I experienced a roof leak. I immediately called Eustis, who installed our original roof in 2022. Rob called me right back and scheduled an appointment within 1 day. He determined our issue was covered under warranty. Rob temporarily fixed the problem until his team could arrive a few days later to fix the issue permanently. I continue to be supremely happy with Eustis Roofing! Not only do they do great work; they stand behind their product and workmanship even 4 years after install. Thank you, Rob, and thank you, Eustis!!!!
