I live in Durham and the long, wet weekend of August 23, I experienced ceiling water damage from the improper roof vent installation by a different and local installer 5 years ago. Sam and his team were referred to me through my insurance people. Sam, despite his busy schedule and over a long weekend, plus also living in the Toronto area, responded immediately and drove the 1.5-hour distance to assess and repair the leaking vent. He and his team member Kelly also checked attic humidity and found a need to install additional vents on the other side of the cathedral roof where none had been placed!!! I am very thankful and appreciative of their quick action and, I am also VERY IMPRESSED with their knowledge, expertise and certification standards. In future, when the roof eventually would need to be replaced, it will DEFINITELY be ACORES Roofing Ltd that I will call and whom I trust! A big thank you Sam and Kelly!!!

We called Eustis Roofing after finding out that the house we purchased had some roof leaks and wanting to find a reputable company to look at the situation. Every single person we’ve talked to and worked with has been extremely kind and professional. They were honest about the issues and also listened to our concerns and what we had seen in terms of the leaks. They were so prompt and communicative. Of course, the timing of our leak coincided with two hurricanes, but the folks at Eustis Roofing worked extremely hard to ensure we were in the best shape possible going into the bad weather. Alfredo was extremely supportive and even talked to me during the hurricane when we got a leak. They showed up so quickly after the storm passed and what we thought would just be a temporary cover turned into a repair right on the spot. Travis took the time to do the repair for us and he was so helpful and professional. He really knew what he was doing and was able to tell us honestly what was needed and what wasn’t. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I signed a contract to have my roof replaced, but before they could do the work I had a leak just at the beginning of Hurricane Helena. They came to my home within an hour, and they spent about three hours making temporary repairs and would not accept any further payment other than a glass of water. Excellent Emergency Roof Repair
Eustis Roofing did an excellent job doing an emergency repair to our roof during the last big storm. A representative came to our home immediately and did a temporary repair, and within a 2-week time frame came back and installed new ridge vents. They did not ask for a deposit up front; only after everything was completed was I sent an invoice. This all happened while I was out of the country. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs. They are very professional and honest! I so much appreciated all they did to help my situation.

Our experience with Eustis Roofing was great from the start. Dennis did a great job explaining the entire process right through the financing. He was very patient when we were trying to decide what color to use for our shingles. Our new roof was replaced in a day. The crew showed up at 7:15 and worked until around 7 PM. They cleaned up everything before they left, and the roof inspector was out the next day.

We noticed water getting into a few storage units after a storm and called Just In Time Roofing. Justin responded quickly, inspected the roof, and found deteriorated flashing and a failed seam that were allowing water intrusion. He explained the issue clearly, completed the repairs promptly, and documented everything with photos. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and most importantly the leak was resolved before it could cause further damage to our tenants' belongings.
