Honest About a Complicated Roof Leak Job
I requested Eustis Roofing to give an estimate for a leaking roof around the chimney at my parent's place. Unfortunately, the project was too complicated for the Eustis Roofing and would require an additional contractor. Okay, at least Eustis Roofing was honest enough to realize that they could not do the whole job.

Roof was installed by former owner.
Roof leaked around exhaust pipe. Called company to report leak; they came out immediately. It was not fixed properly by the first roofer. I called again. The next roofer to come out was Yandran. He was very thorough inspecting the numerous exhaust pipes to find the correct one and fix the leak.
Yandran is very courteous and professional.
He made sure I understood everything that he was doing. He was extra careful not to damage my newly painted gutters with the ladder. I was very happy with him.

I had a leak appear after a particularly hard rain with strong directional winds. I've had two very helpful guys come out to help find this leak. The first one was Ephraim. He worked on it and improved the situation. It's a sneaky leak. The next one was Yandran Sa'nchez, with an assist from his father. Both men were very polite and helpful. They did a lot of work all around the area, so hopefully, when the next rain comes with that kind of wind, there won't be a leak.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I got three estimates and inspections for a large, 2-story roof, and Eustis was by far the most comprehensive and professional. So far I've hired them for some fast repairs, and the work was amazing! Area looks like new! Their methods are great too. They do NOT use 3rd party subcontractors. This was a major point for us. They also have a special way to access and throw out the trash that doesn't use a dumpster smashing up the property. Major thumbs up! When it's time for the full replacement, I'll be using them.
