We recently had our roof replaced with a metal roof. We selected Eustis Roofing to do the job. The overall experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, helped us choose the right materials, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of the work is outstanding. The metal roof looks beautiful, feels extremely solid, and we already notice the difference. The crew kept the job site clean every day and completed the project on schedule, which we really appreciated. If you are considering a roof replacement, especially a metal roof, I highly recommend this company. Honest, reliable, and truly skilled at what they do. Shoutout to Juan Torres, project manager, whose performance and leadership were outstanding throughout the entire job. He kept everything organized, communicated clearly at every stage, and made sure the work was done the right way. His attention to detail and ability to keep the crew focused gave us a lot of confidence during the project.

Brittany was an integral part of my decision-making process. She provided better insight and detail with regards to the current condition of my roof, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when doing the initial inspection, leaving me with a greater sense of urgency with my timeline. Not all expectations set during consultation were met. However, I was consistently received with professionalism. Imanol and Alfredo were receptive, respectful, and swift addressing concerns I had after the project commenced. We definitely had process gaps that misaligned with the initial sales consultation, but they addressed my issues regarding workmanship/cosmetics and ultimately ensured my new metal roof was completed to my satisfaction. They have offered to remain accessible should any future needs arise. Only after some time or a significant weather event will I be able to determine if the workmanship and water/pest intrusion potential has been eliminated. This is most critical when making what ultimately is a huge lifetime investment, so I hope this review rating holds up long term. I am appreciative of the temperament and urgency with which my issues were addressed. I also appreciate the company trains or keeps educated the office staff, or that they have experience already in dealing with roof repair and installation.

In April, Eustis Roofing installed my galvalume metal roof. To give an honest and accurate review, I waited to review until I could see how well it held up to some heavy rains over the past couple months. The roof was rolled out on-site, and the special parts were fabricated in their shop without involving another company for the materials. The process was smooth with a clean work area and updates from the supervisor daily. They installed 24-gauge steel, which is thicker and stronger than 26 gauge, which is more common. The 12-month (same as cash) financing was a great option for us to not have any interest payments if paid off in that time. Great job; would definitely recommend.

From my first contact with Travis from Eustis Orlando branch, it has been a very positive experience. From working through the insurance and the approvals of the HOA for a metal roof, they are a truly stellar company. Once we got through all the approvals, within 2 weeks the installation was started. Very impressed with the speed of service and the impeccable attention to detail; the roof is beautiful. Could not have been more pleased how seamless the project was and how easy it was to work with Eustis Roofing.

The project was started on Thursday. Hurricane Milton formed shortly after. The roof was covered with peel & stick and only partially covered with metal. Amazingly, no damages or leaks after 70 mph winds and 8 inches of rain.

Not enough stars to express how pleased I am with my new metal roof. Extreme pitch and high peaks made it a very challenging job, but the crew completed it with precision. The work is top quality, and the roof is stunning. Juan and Alex were responsive and helpful from start to finish. They checked in with me at least once a day, asked about my concerns, and resolved every issue without arguments or excuses. Eustis Roofing was not the least expensive choice, but it was definitely the best choice.

The entire team from sales to office staff and installation crew were excellent. They quickly removed all shingles and rotted wood and safely had the roof tightly secured in case of rain. I thought it was going to be a long, noisy process. After the shingles were removed and the plywood was replaced, it was barely noticed that they were there. We had a new metal roof installed, and it changed the entire look of our home. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and help through the whole process. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I got three estimates and inspections for a large, 2-story roof, and Eustis was by far the most comprehensive and professional. So far I've hired them for some fast repairs, and the work was amazing! Area looks like new! Their methods are great too. They do NOT use 3rd party subcontractors. This was a major point for us. They also have a special way to access and throw out the trash that doesn't use a dumpster smashing up the property. Major thumbs up! When it's time for the full replacement, I'll be using them.

We had our roof done months earlier. Great service. Then we had a problem and they were on spot. Robert Savaria came out and went on the roof to assess and then showed me pictures. Afterwards had the crew managed by Stephen (sorry no last name) come in and evaluate again and he actually fixed the problem! I truly feel if I have a problem I could call back without being condemned. But I’m confident I won’t need to. Honestly we have a weird roof. ❤️
