I was kept aware of expected arrival. Unfortunately, my roof is not the type that Eustis Roofing does. The roof is completely flat. It was explained to me what possible solutions existed, and I am still receiving information on possible solutions. I noticed a dark discoloration on my roof at approximately the same location where the roof damage had occurred before having my roof redone several years ago by Eustis Roofing. Since they are the ONLY company I will allow to do anything with my roof, I called and asked to have someone come out and inspect it. Rob from the warranty department responded immediately and set an appointment with me. He came out EXACTLY at the time and day I requested. He climbed on the roof and inspected not only the place I was concerned about, but the entire roof. He discovered that the roof was fine; it was simply mildew discoloration. He also discovered that one of my vent covers had fallen out and was laying on the roof. He reinstalled the vent cover and talked with me about roof mildew and how I might take care of that in the future if I decided to. He left me happy and educated!!!
