I live in Durham and the long, wet weekend of August 23, I experienced ceiling water damage from the improper roof vent installation by a different and local installer 5 years ago. Sam and his team were referred to me through my insurance people. Sam, despite his busy schedule and over a long weekend, plus also living in the Toronto area, responded immediately and drove the 1.5-hour distance to assess and repair the leaking vent. He and his team member Kelly also checked attic humidity and found a need to install additional vents on the other side of the cathedral roof where none had been placed!!! I am very thankful and appreciative of their quick action and, I am also VERY IMPRESSED with their knowledge, expertise and certification standards. In future, when the roof eventually would need to be replaced, it will DEFINITELY be ACORES Roofing Ltd that I will call and whom I trust! A big thank you Sam and Kelly!!!

They Stand Behind Their Work
This is an update to my original review in 2022. Just recently I experienced a roof leak. I immediately called Eustis, who installed our original roof in 2022. Rob called me right back and scheduled an appointment within 1 day. He determined our issue was covered under warranty. Rob temporarily fixed the problem until his team could arrive a few days later to fix the issue permanently. I continue to be supremely happy with Eustis Roofing! Not only do they do great work; they stand behind their product and workmanship even 4 years after install. Thank you, Rob, and thank you, Eustis!!!!

I noticed a dark discoloration on my roof at approximately the same location where the roof damage had occurred before having my roof redone several years ago by Eustis Roofing. Since they are the ONLY company I will allow to do anything with my roof, I called and asked to have someone come out and inspect it. Rob from the warranty department responded immediately and set an appointment with me. He came out EXACTLY at the time and day I requested. He climbed on the roof and inspected not only the place I was concerned about, but the entire roof. He discovered that the roof was fine; it was simply mildew discoloration. He also discovered that one of my vent covers had fallen out and was laying on the roof. He reinstalled the vent cover and talked with me about roof mildew and how I might take care of that in the future if I decided to. He left me happy and educated!!!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I got three estimates and inspections for a large, 2-story roof, and Eustis was by far the most comprehensive and professional. So far I've hired them for some fast repairs, and the work was amazing! Area looks like new! Their methods are great too. They do NOT use 3rd party subcontractors. This was a major point for us. They also have a special way to access and throw out the trash that doesn't use a dumpster smashing up the property. Major thumbs up! When it's time for the full replacement, I'll be using them.

We had our roof done months earlier. Great service.
Then we had a problem and they were on spot. Robert Savaria came out and went on the roof to assess and then showed me pictures. Afterwards had the crew managed by Stephen (sorry no last name) come in and evaluate again and he actually fixed the problem!
I truly feel if I have a problem I could call back without being condemned.
But I’m confident I won’t need to.
